Get Ulysses! on Get Rural Kansas Website

Get Ulysses! is now up and running on the Get Rural Kansas! website. The website features explorations in Ulysses that offer unique, perhaps trivial, yet exciting details about Ulysses that make it stand out to Kansas Explorers. The eight Rural Cultural Elements categories tell the stories of these stand-out explorations, which include the categories of Commerce, Art, Architecture, People, History, and Cuisine. We hope soon to be able to include a Ulysses custom in the Customs category. If you have any ideas about a custom that happens at least 42 weeks out of the year, feel free to let Marieta or Lynda know!

Roam around the site and find what you will!

About Me

My photo
Ulysses has been here since 1909 when the industrious and resourceful townspeople decided their town would survive. To do so, they heaved their businesses, banks, and saloons, three miles west. This persistence made Ulysses what it was then and now: A Town On the Move!
